Paula L Bowen
Paula L Bowen is a Utah Artist. She lives in Bountiful, Utah with her husband Wm Conrad Bowen. Her parents were from Prescott, Arizona. As a child growing up in Williams - The Gateway to the Grand Canyon - she remembers helping her dad at the gas station he owned & ferrying rental cars to & from town to the Grand Canyon Rim for tourists. She also enjoyed creating art. After the 3rd grade, her parents sold the rural gas station & moved to Southern California. What a cultural shock!
Attending junior college she secured an associates degree & started working professionally as a graphic artist. That’s when she met Conrad. She free-lanced for him on couple of projects. They started dating & not long after were married.
Together, they created advertising & design art & on an occasion some fine art. One day an oppoprtunity arose for her to hand-paint some floral greeting cards which eventually led us to launching 1to1Greetings, a greeting card business.
For 1to1Greetings, Paula created lots of floral & whimsical images. Some now available as her fine art.
Her most recent efforts have focused on painting tributes & memorial art.

Wm Conrad Bowen
Wm Conrad Bowen is a native Utah artist who lives in Bountiful, Utah. He lived & grew up on the homestead lot owned by his grandparents & mother in Paradise, Utah. As a young boy, he & his sisters hoed beets & picked beans in the summer for the local land owners & farmers in the south end of Cache Valley to help buy cloths for school. During high school, Conrad worked for Fred Summers as a farmhand moving sprinkler pipe, hauling hay & whatever else that needed to be done.
After Conrad graduated from High School during the summers, he drove over Sardine Canyon everyday to work for Commercial Drywall, a construction business his uncle owned & operated in Ogden, Utah. When he started college, at Utah State University, he started carrying around a sketchbook where ever he went sketching what ever he could when ever he could. That trained talent has made a significant inpact as an artist in his career. Very seldom has anyone asked to see his college degree, but always he’s been ask to show his portfolio of work.
Segueing from commercial art to fine art for Conrad has been an enjoyable opportunity to expand his skills & reach new audiences with his creativity. Conrad hopes you can enjoy the journey with him.
